Terms of Service
Terms for using Chaplain's Assistant and related services.
Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to Chaplain's Assistant, training offerings, and related websites operated by MyMinistry.Help. By creating an account, requesting a demo, or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
Accounts and eligibility
Workforce accounts require organizational approval. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and notifying your administrator of unauthorized access. Free trials and demos may use sample data — do not enter real PHI in non-production environments unless under a signed agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse resident or workforce data or export it outside authorized purposes
- Attempt to bypass role-based access or security controls
- Reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law
- Use optional AI features in violation of organizational policy or applicable law
Training purchases
Paid courses and workshops are billed as described at purchase. Access is granted manually or via enrollment records after payment confirmation. Course materials are licensed for your organization's internal training — not for resale.
Intellectual property
MyMinistry.Help retains rights in the software, documentation, and training content. You retain rights in content you enter, subject to the license needed for us to host and process it.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Spiritual care decisions remain with licensed chaplains and organizational leadership. We do not provide medical, legal, or regulatory advice.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated to account administrators. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
