AI usage packs (add-on)
All published plans include baseline AI debrief and trend usage (see each plan). Add monthly packs for heavy documentation or multi-community executive reporting.
Fair use: automated debriefs and trends are rate-limited per plan. Packs raise org-wide monthly generation caps.

Definitions
- Community = one licensed site (assisted living, SNF, memory care, or healthcare unit) with isolated resident data.
- Active user = any user account with at least one authenticated login during the billing month.
- Platform fee = base system charge per community (Single) or bundled communities (Corporate/Enterprise).
Billing
- All fees quoted in USD. Taxes may apply.
- Monthly plans: billed in advance on the subscription start date each month.
- Annual Corporate: $13,188 prepaid per year ($1,099/month equivalent).
- Month-to-month Corporate: $1,399 billed monthly in advance.
- Per-seat overages invoiced with the following month's statement based on active users.
- Onboarding and setup fees invoiced separately at rollout kickoff.
Changes & support
- Published rates effective June 2026. MyMinistry.Help may adjust list pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
- Contracted annual customers: rates fixed for the contract term.
- Support: email for Single; priority email for Corporate; SLA options for Enterprise.
- Cancellation: monthly plans cancel at period end; annual plans per agreement terms.
