Same pastoral toolkit on every band — census and seats change the price, not the features.

Extra seats, Microsoft sign-in, AI boosts, and optional turnkey setup. Same rates on every paid plan unless Enterprise negotiates a bundle.

Fair to All▾

Clinical product features (including veteran identification and Care Insights) are included on every paid plan.
List price scales with census, seats, multi-site count, AI capacity, and support — not by locking pastoral tools.
Network multi-site discount (10% / 12.5% / 15% for 2 / 3 / 4 sites) is the Fair to All break for networked communities — applied once to the sum of each site’s list price. No extra stacked “prepay multi-site” percentage.
Extra seat rates are identical across Starter, Growth, Campus, Network, and Enterprise quotes.
Microsoft Entra SSO is $99 per company / month on Starter–Network (flat, not per user) and included on Enterprise.

Definitions▾

Community = one licensed site (assisted living, SNF, memory care, or healthcare unit) with isolated resident data.
Active resident = person with an open/active profile in that community during the billing month (not long-closed archive-only records).
Active user = any user account with at least one authenticated login during the billing month.
Included seats = admin, chaplain, and volunteer accounts bundled in the plan; extras bill à la carte.
Company = one customer organization (tenant) that may hold one or more community licenses.
Site band = Starter (≤150), Growth (151–300), or Campus (301–500) for one community’s active census.

Billing▾

All fees quoted in USD. Taxes may apply.
Month-to-month: billed in advance on the subscription start date each month.
Annual: prepaid for the year at the published annual equivalent rates for each site band.
Network (2–4 communities): (1) assign each community its Starter / Growth / Campus list rate for the chosen billing cadence; (2) sum those rates; (3) apply multi-site discount — 10% off for 2 sites, 12.5% for 3, 15% for 4. Mixed bands use each site’s own list rate before the discount.
Annual Network quotes use annual site list rates before the multi-site %; month-to-month Network quotes use month-to-month site list rates before the same multi-site %. That is the only billing-cadence difference — not a second discount layer.
À la carte seat overages invoiced with the following month’s statement based on active users above the included pool.
Microsoft Entra SSO is a flat per-company monthly fee (not per user); billed with the subscription when enabled on Starter–Network; waived on Enterprise.
Onboarding and setup fees invoiced separately at rollout kickoff.

Changes & support▾

Published rates effective August 2026. MyMinistry.Help may adjust list pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing customers.
Contracted annual customers: rates fixed for the contract term.
Support: email for Starter/Growth; priority email for Campus and Network; SLA options for Enterprise.
Cancellation: monthly plans cancel at period end; annual plans per agreement terms.
